Happenings While We Are Working at Home

Wednesday March 18, 2020:
9:00am Good morning! Yesterday I got 115 stickers on First in Math. I wonder if you can beat me today with that number of stickers. So excited to talk to some of you later today!

Tuesday March 17, 2020:
11:00am Good morning second grade community! Happy St. Patrick's Day! St. Patrick is the patron saint of our diocese. Let us pray with him today that all are healthy near and far from us.  I am wearing green today to celebrate. How are you celebrating? Did you find the Scholastic News with the green river? We will have a special lunch here today. I will take a picture and see if you can guess what it is. See you later! 

1:30 Good afternoon. Make sure you get some work done today. Here was my lunch.

5:00pm This afternoon went well. It was good to see that everyone got on Xtramath today. How did today's work go? Is there any way that I can help as you work from home? Monday March 16, 2020:
8:00am Good morning! Welcome to our first day working from home. I miss you all already and this is only our first day. We will join together as often as possible. If you have not received emails from me over the last few days, please either comment here or send me an email. I will post three or  four times a day here. Here is a memory from earlier this year.

1:45 It has been a busy day here. Many students have picked up their things. Still waiting for three more to come and get their things for the next two weeks. Here is a Lenten trivia quiz. See how many you can get right. I believe all of you can get all of them right. I will post the answers on Tuesday afternoon around 3pm.

9:00pm I hope you are all in bed by this posting. What a long day! So glad everyone could get everything they need from school. Tomorrow I will share with you a picture from the chapel at my house where I will take time to pray for each one of you and your families. Here are some activities you may want to try tomorrow.
