Meet Sister Kristen

My name is Sister Kristen. I am an Adorer of the Blood of Christ. I made my first profession of vows as an Adorer August 3rd, 2019 and have been with the community since 2016. I am originally from Pennsylvania, but have lived in many different places including New Mexico, Kansas, Illinois, Missouri, and Guatemala. In the past, I have taught first grade, fourth grade, and K-8 religion. I am excited to journey with you and your child this year as second grade is an important year of learning and growing in relationship with God through the sacraments of reconciliation and first communion. 
My family all still live in Pennsylvania. If you watch ABC 27 news, you may have seen my brother, Andrew Forgotch, reporting. My sister has recently moved back to PA and is teaching music in Reading. 
Outside the classroom I enjoy reading, running, cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles, taking pictures, and playing cards with my community members. 

Me llamo es hermana Kristen. Soy un adorador de la sangre de Cristo. Hice mi primera profesión de votos como adorador el 3 de agosto de 2019 y he estado con la comunidad desde 2016. Soy originario de Pensilvania, pero he vivido en muchos lugares diferentes, incluidos Nuevo México, Kansas, Illinois, Missouri y Guatemala. En el pasado, he enseñado religión de primer grado, cuarto grado y K-8. Estoy emocionado de viajar con usted y su hijo este año, ya que el segundo grado es un año importante de aprendizaje y crecimiento en la relación con Dios a través de los sacramentos de la reconciliación y la primera comunión.
